SARANAC, Mich. – Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch on Monday hosted a meet and greet with a bipartisan group of local lawmakers.

The meet and greet event was held at Shadow Ridge Golf & Banquet Center. Representatives of the fourth-generation family business were present to network with lawmakers and discuss Michigan’s agriculture industry and land use.

“We are grateful for opportunities to share information about Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch, our sustainability efforts and issues impacting the agricultural industry with area legislators,” said Amy Herbruck, community and public relations manager at Herbruck’s. “We appreciate our elected leaders taking the time to hear from us.”

Herbruck’s strives to be a good neighbor, and that means connecting with legislators to discuss important issues pertaining to the agricultural and poultry industries, including avian influenza, sustainability and development. Herbruck’s also presented its 2023 Sustainability Report, released this month, which highlights the company’s core values – People, Planet, Products and Prosperity – and how Herbruck’s serves hundreds of thousands of people across the United States with ethically sourced, highly nutritious eggs each year.

Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch is a fourth-generation family farm based in Saranac, Michigan. Herbruck’s is the largest egg producer in Michigan and has locations in Michigan, Indiana and Pennsylvania. For more information about Herbruck’s, visit: www.herbrucks.com.
